Non-Disclosure Agreement: Anti-Doxxing, Anti-Harassment, and Confidentiality

By checking this box, I agree to the confidentiality terms set forth. This agreement is entered into between Washington Square Alumni Coalition (doing business as “NYU Alumni for Justice in Palestine”, herein refer to as “host”) and the stated signatory (full name listed under the "name" field of the RSVP form, herein referred to as “attendee”). The attendee acknowledges that all data, materials, knowledge, and proprietary information shared by the host and participants in the host’s programs are not to be disclosed to any outside party. Recording, documenting, or otherwise releasing information pertaining to the host and all participants in the host’s program is strictly prohibited. Information includes, but is not limited to, (i) Identities: names of team members, managers, volunteers, partners, or attendees participating in the host’s programs; (ii) Communications: group chats and group chat messages shared in the host’s programs, including one-on-one messages or messages sent to all participants; (iii) Strategy: actions planned, research findings, strategic planning outcomes, and other strategy contents; (iv) Miscellaneous: any other information that should be reasonably recognized as confidential information of the host. Any attempt to record, leak, dox, attack, harass, misportray, or otherwise disclose information shared by the host or any participants in the host’s programs is strictly prohibited. The attendee acknowledges that this is a legally binding agreement and that any attempt by any individual, organization, or entity to attend the host’s programs and violate these terms will be a violation of this agreement. The attendee acknowledges that this agreement is effective immediately upon signing and is in effect in perpetuity unless otherwise stated by the host. The attendee acknowledges that any attempt to violate this contract will result in legal action by the host and requires, but is not limited to, significant monetary damages for the host and any affected participants, including covering all legal costs that the host incurs to pursue the attendee. The attendee is using its real full legal name in the RSVP form upon entering this contract. The attendee acknowledges that it may not share the dial-in information of this program with any other attendees; and that all attendees must sign up directly through the RSVP form at www.nyuajp.org. The attendee acknowledges that by sharing dial-in information directly, it is in violation of this contract and will be subject to the accountability measures listed above.
